- I have been living on this planet for about 37 years now. I'm called Erica by most people and Mommie by my eight year old daughter. I just had a baby boy who is now 3 1/2 months old. I am a stay home Mom this year. Usually, I'm hard at work as an Risk Management Analyst in the commercial Insurance field.
I love my life. I love to travel. I've lived in Europe for a number of years, but I love the U.S
We eat only Organic foods. We do not eat meat. We have not been sick for about five years now. I plan on keeping things that way. We not only eat healthy, but we think healthy and laugh a lot.
